Osnovne studije je završio na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu, studijski program: Agroekonomija. Magistarska teza je odbranjena 2006. godine na L’Institut Superieur d’Agriculture de Lille – ISA (Francuska) i University of Agricultural and Veterinarian Sciences (Rumunija). Doktorske studije su završene na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu Univerziteta Matin Luther Halle-Wittenberg (Nemačka), studijski program: Agroekonomija. Doktorska disertacija pod nazivom „Impact of policy measures on wheat-to-bread supply chain during the global price peaks: the case of Serbia“ odbranjena 2014. godine.

 

Radno iskustvo:


Dr Ivan Đurić pridružio se Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO) u oktobru 2008. godine kao mlađi istraživač na odeljenju za poljoprivredna tržišta. Za doktorat je počastvovan najvišom ocenom (summa cum laude) na Poljoprivredni fakultetu, Univerzitet Martin Luther Halle-Wittenberg, Nemačka. Kao istraživač saradnik, Đurić nastavlja svoja istraživanja na temama procesa digitalizacije u poljoprivredi i prehrambenoj industriji, primene veštačke inteligencije (uglavnom mašinskog učenja) u agroekonomiji, usvajanja blockchain tehnologije u poljoprivredi i prehrambenoj industriji, transmisije cena, globalna trgovina poljoprivrednim proizvodima i trgovinska politika.
